The Annees Trente Collection by Lois Macaulay Design

Inspired by the Musee des Anees Trente (Museum of the Thirties) in Paris, this collection distills the style that flourished in Paris in the 1930's into contemporary living room and dining room furniture.

The armchair is scaled for use in the living room as an armchair or as an armed dining chair. Likewise the armless chair can be used in the living room as a side chair or as an ample-seated dining chair. Both chairs present a perfect small space solution for double-duty seating.

The fully upholstered sofa has a timeless sensibility. The lines are spare and well-proportioned. The tall legs, available in two wood stains and two paint finishes, give the sofa a light and leggy appearance. The standard length is 80" with two seat cushions. For a small space solution (72" ) or a long dramatic sweep of sofa (110" ), the Anees Trente Sofa is custom sized.

If you have a small stairwell access to a lower or upper floor, this sofa with its companion fully upholstered chair and ottoman are available with removable legs and a shorter seat depth.

The range of fabric choices includes linen/cotton, velvet, ultrasuede, woven textures and sculpted leather-looks. Prices for armless chair begin at $650, for armchair at $750, for sofa at $1800, for upholstered chair at $950 and ottoman at $600. Shown in the opening price point in natural linen/cotton fabric.
